In recent years, the CODEWAY EXPO has emerged as a pivotal platform for convening discussions on the evolution of international development cooperation. The transition from a bilateral framework to a more inclusive approach has been a central theme, with active engagement from private actors, civil society, and multilateral institutions. This shift has not only underscored the importance of broader collaboration but has also illuminated new avenues for emerging countries to actively participate in promoting sustainable development.
The UNIDROIT International Programme for Law and Development (IPLD) is proud to contribute to this ongoing discourse with a dedicated session titled “Law and Development fostering Cooperation and Peace”, scheduled for Wednesday, May 15th, from 15:30 to 16:30 at the CODEWAY EXPO, in Rome, Italy.
The event is planned in hybrid mode to allow the participation of attendees from previous editions, now members of the IPLD Community.
