UNIDROIT participates in Japanese Secured Transactions Reform Workshop in Tokyo

On 26 September 2024, UNIDROIT participated in a workshop associated with Japan’s ongoing secured transactions reform project. Hosted by Tokyo University, the event brought together Japan’s leading secured transactions law professors to discuss Japan’s consideration of international secured transactions standards, including Professors Hiroto Dogauchi, Hiroo Sono, Masami Okino and Megumi Hara.
